This experience still makes me laugh because it was so random, but SO worth it. My little sister was inside her tutoring center when we noticed two well-dressed, good-looking guys walk out of the building. We parked across from them, and when the car next to them left, I took that as my sign and pulled a smooth 90-degree park right next to them. I rolled down my window, gave a little honk, and asked if they owned the building. That’s how we met Baylin and Jon. They laughed and explained they didn’t own it, but that they worked for AT&T. From there, the conversation just flowed—right from the car window. I mentioned that I already have AT&T, but my cousin is with T-Mobile and paying an INSANE $206 a month. Baylin and Jon immediately jumped in, broke everything down clearly, and somehow managed to get her an amazing deal with a huge discount and a brand-new phone—all with top-tier professionalism and zero pressure. It was such a funny, unexpected interaction, but honestly one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had. We definitely don’t regret rolling down that window. We met Baylin in the parking lot of my sister’s touring center while we were looking for additional space and asked if he was the owner of the building. Baylin and Jon explained that they work with AT&T, and during our conversation I mentioned that I was interested in switching to AT&T.
